Molly and Sean's wedding took place in their local village church, with their wedding reception venue being the parent's of the bride's family home.
This double page spread comes from the design for the couple's wedding album. The left full page shows the marquee that the bride and groom had had placed in their parents garden. Luckily the garden was big enough to contain the marquee, itself big enough to sit around 50 of the couple's closest friends and family. As you can see, carpet was laid between the paving and the entrance to the marquee in order to prevent people muddying their shoes, and to stop grass being drawn into the marquee. Either side of the carpeted walkway, there were little trinkets and decorative elements that elevated the feel of the area to more than that of just being someone's garden.
For the wedding breakfast, a fantastic barbecue was laid on, with a professional chef hired to do the cooking. I was lucky enough to eat during the wedding, and the bride and groom kindly allowed me to partake in the BBQ feast. It was truly some of the best food I have ever eaten! The image on the right page of this double page spread shows the family of the bride enjoying themselves and waving at the camera, clearly excited at the prospect of food!
