These two pages from Charlotte and Andrew's wedding album. The bride and groom chose an A4 wedding album with an acrylic front cover. This double page spread shows a selection of ten images which were taken during the church service.
There are three black and white photos in this double page spread, which I chose to spread out so that they border the colour images better. The top left and bottom right images are black and white and I like the symmetry that this provides. The photos start top left with the bride arriving at the front of the church on her fathers arm, with the very next image showing the parents of the groom who were standing in the front row. Over the following images we see more of the story of the wedding ceremony itself. We can see all of the pivotal moments of the wedding on these two pages alone, the exchanging of the vows and the wedding rings, the first kiss and the signing of the register. For this wedding I was lucky to be standing at the front of the church. When I go to any new church for the first time I always make sure I am able to stand where I'd like to with the vicar and usually I am allowed to.
