Redditch Wedding Photographer

Located in northeast Worcestershire, Redditch had a long history as a centre for needle-making from the middle ages right up just a few decades ago, when it became better-known as a model ‘new town’ with a rush of urban development. Thankfully, there are still some beautiful historic sites in Redditch, and some of them are available as wedding venues.

As an exclusive use venue, Old Rectory House in Redditch, Worcestershire will close the gates to any other visitors on your wedding day, leaving you and your guests free to enjoy this Grade II listed house in private. The Old Rectory has a beautiful Elizabeth entrance hall, with a terrace overlooking lush landscaped gardens. Licensed for civil ceremonies both indoors and outdoors, each of the indoor spaces here is packed full of unique modern design alongside 18th-century charm. The newly-built Orangery has serene views over the landscaped country gardens, while the Lavender Barn features traditional oak beams, vaulted ceilings and full-length windows that look out over pretty patio gardens. The grandeur of this Elizabethan house means that even an intimate celebration at Old Rectory House will be anything but a low-key affair.

With original timber beams, magnificent open fireplaces and luxurious decor, Gorcott Hall is a truly unique and beautiful wedding venue. This 16th-century Grade II listed Tudor hall has been extended over the centuries, and more recently, has been sympathetically restored. The 19th-century barn with exposed brickwork and vaulted ceiling lends a real sense of occasion to your special day, be it day or night. The bridal suite also has its own sitting room, ensuring you have a calm environment in which to get ready and space for your wedding photographer Redditch to work around the all-important preparations.
